Bird Sizes

This is a simple chart we made to try and make the definitions of "extra small" birds to "extra large" birds easier to understand.

While this does not include every bird you might have or have seen, we tried to include all the families and variations that we encounter the most. If there is a type of bird that is not listed that you would like to know more about, feel free to ask us in store or on our Facebook page.

These sizes are not meant to be used for precise scientific purposes, and might even be different than other stores or companies that sell bird products. It is simply here to help you better communicate what type of birds or products you are looking at, and to more easily categorize products in our online store.
