In Store Return Policy

Effective: 7/22/22

RETURNS:

  • Any returned item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be brought back to the store for our employees to inspect.

  • Unused and complete items can be returned up to 90 days from purchase

  • USED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE INSPECT USED ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASING!

RETURN EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bulk Food

  • Harnesses

  • Flight Suits

  • Marked Used Cages & Play Stands

  • Clearance Items

DEFECTIVE NEW ITEMS:

  • For defective or damaged new products, please contact us right away to arrange a refund or exchange. Please photograph any damaged or defective items as soon as you notice their condition to show one of our employees.

  • Please Note: All items must be in unused condition and are subject to inspection/employee discretion. Refunds will only be given via the original payment method or store credit
