In Store Return Policy

Effective: 7/22/22

RETURNS

Any returned item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Any returns must be brought back to the store for our employees to inspect.  Items can be returned up to 90 days from purchase, as long as they are complete and/or unused. 

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

●     Bulk Food

●     Harnesses

●     Flight Suits

●     Marked Used Cages & Play Stands

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us right away to arrange a refund or exchange. Please photograph any damaged or defective items as soon as you notice their condition to show one of our employees.

 

Please Note

●     All items must be in unused condition and are subject to inspection/employee discretion

●     Refunds will only be given via the original payment method or store credit
