Frosty came from the humane society after he was found in an abandoned home. We do not know much about him but was vetted with a clean bill of health. He is a typical male cockatoo where he can be very sweet and playful but when overstimulated can be more unpredictable. He is EXTREMELY loud and noisy so a patient owner with experience reading body language of larger birds is recommended.
